Thanks to Rick Randall, this is a beautiful tribute to all those who lost their lives on 9/11. Each flag has a name, age, and picture attached to the pole. I think it’s supposed to be up all week. Make sure you schedule time this week to stop by and see it. And….don’t just drive by, get out and walk through all the flags, pack a picnic and take your kids. All of the flags were incredibly still tonight, I’m hoping to go back later this week when the wind is blowing and capture a different perspective.

You’re right Susan, don’t just drive by – you have to get out and walk through the display, go across the basin to view from a distance to take in the enormity and beauty.
